This is a Company that is really growing and are currently seeking a Sales Office Assistant to be part of their on-going success, the industry is really exciting and the Company are really keen to train and develop the right candidate

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the Trade area and greeting visitors and clients to the Company and announcing their arrival

- Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with routine client enquiries

- Maintaining stock records and updating information held when needed by recording all stock movement

- Processing sales order requirements ensuring required paperwork and documentation is in place

- Liaising with logistical supplier in order to co-ordinate the movement of stock

- Tracking orders from instigation point through to successful completion
