Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of workers on-site.
- Ensure that projects are completed to schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team.
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Delivery / Framework Manager.
Project Details:
- The project duration is 12 months + on a freelance basis.
- Start Date ASAP
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Site Agent / Site Manager
- Strong understanding of Water Infra and Non-Infra projects - specifically water pipelines or Waste Water Treatment.
- Ability to run all work site and ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Report any issues direct to the Project Manager
- SMSTS ticket is essential.
Experience:
Experience of working on a civils Infra and Non-Infra site. With knowledge of Waste Water Treatment Plants be advantageous but by no means essential.
Contract Details:
This is a contract position offering competitive rates of 330.00 - 350.00 per shift CIS.
