TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning fit out and refurbishment company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various parts of the site. - The site will be in Watford
We are looking for someone with commercial site management experience
The type of works will consist of renovating a commercial building whilst managing all phases and labour, against a strict delivery deadline.
Monday to Friday
£260 per day CIS.
On-site
Person specification
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid
- Health and safety qualification’s
- Experience manager M&E projects
- Ideally a qualification or time spent knowledge of a trade.
- Commercial construction site experience
- Project management experience
