The Role:We are looking for a CRM Operations Executive to join a growing team responsible for deploying, monitoring, and testing player-facing communications. You will work with a variety of digital communication channels, ensuring campaigns are correctly built and executed. With a high volume of campaigns to manage, attention to detail and efficiency will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with CRM tools (SFMC or similar) to manage the deployment and tracking of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are targeted effectively and performance is properly tracked.
- Ensure email communications follow best practices and meet company standards.
- Edit HTML content for emails and digital campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong HTML skills and experience in coding emails (advanced, not just drag-and-drop).
- Experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools (SFMC experience is a plus).
- At least 6 months of CRM operations experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- A commitment to a long-term role with the company.
