Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you will take full ownership of our clients marketing activities, working closely with the sales team. You’ll manage all aspects of their marketing strategy, from email campaigns and social media to website management and content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to shape and execute a marketing strategy within a growing tech company.
Our client specialises in cutting-edge data management solutions, helping businesses gain complete clarity over their data. By providing directors and senior managers with a single, accurate view of their operations, they empower companies to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Location:Â Watford.
Hours: Monday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Tuesday – Friday 9am- 5:30pm. Primarily office-based with travel for monthly events.
Salary: £35,000 + bonusÂ
Marketing Executive – Benefits:

Marketing Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Brevo.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms
- Maintain and update all company and product collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Oversee and optimise the company’s website
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan, organise, and manage monthly events and exhibitions at the Institute of Directors (IoD).
- Work closely with software authors to craft compelling pitches and close deals.
Marketing Executive - Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing role
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor, Brevo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and basic website management.
- Proficiency in social media management and content planning.
- Experience in working alongside sales teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure success.
