Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of a strong housing contactor and residential property developer with strong roots in London and the South East of England. They have a notable record of creating high quality new build homes.

The company in question require a PA to come and work Directly for the Director and be the first point of contact for business related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Proactively manage and organise workload for the Directors.
  • Manage all communication, including inbox, re-directing or responding to emails on their behalf.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions, acting with confidentiality at all times.
  • Booking complex travel and accommodation requirements both nationally and internationally, preparing travel itineraries and arranging Visas.
  • Scheduling of annual appraisals for their teams, and regular catch ups and team meetings.


Person specification:
 

  • Must have previous PA / EA experience in supporting Senior Leaders.
  • Highly organised.
  • Proactive and resilient, adaptable to quick / last minute changes in diary, flexible, persistent, and focused with the ability to think logically using own initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
