Our client is global company and well established in their industry.

Currently have a maternity cover for 1 year for a HRBP to join the team.

Located in the heart of Watford.

Your role will consist of

  • Work with management to deliver on the talent management processes
  • Success planning
  • Performance management - coaching managers setting KPI's
  • Driving performance
  • Managing the reward and recognition and working on incentive guidelines
  • Employee engagement - working on engagement levels
  • Learning and development
  • On boarding and recruitment
  • Employee well-being
  • Strategy planning / HR Road mapping

Ideal candidate

  • Proven HRBP experience in all of the above
  • Experience in a global multi-location organisation would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at stake holder level
  • CIPD desirable
