Reporting to the Head of HR and having one direct report the role responsibilities include shaping and delivering Business and People strategies, with specific responsibilities including:

*Employment Relations and Wellbeing

The successful candidate is likely to have an academic background in HR and experience within a global multi - location organisation with strong developmental HR experience.
