OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to be part of our Simply Connected programme which will re-engineer and automate processes, whilst leveraging existing functionality in our Workday platform across the compensation and benefits landscape, to drive a single source of employee data in Workday and compliance with future pay transparency legislation.

Working within the project team, the Reward Analyst will support the delivery of the global reward strategy and the delivery of an enhanced HR system. The primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on pay, benefits, and allowances across all countries in which the company operates. This role will also involve benchmarking against industry standards to understand competitiveness and alignment with local market practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Data Collection and Research:
  • Working with HR and Payroll, gather and analyze information on salary structures, benefits packages, and allowances in each country where the company operates.
  • Research external market data, including salary surveys and industry trends, to provide insights into local and global pay and benefit practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through audits and updates.
  1. Analysis and Benchmarking:
  • Analyze pay data and benchmark the company's pay structures and benefits against competitors, industry standards, and local market practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • In conjunction with Reward, recommend changes to country allowances where appropriate.
  1. Business Requirements & Testing :
  • As part of the programme, ensure that the technical work-stream has the country business requirements relating to allowances, benefits and pay to ensure the technical build and configuration.
  • Undertake testing against specific plans for allowances, benefits and pay.
  1. Presentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present data and analysis tailoring content to different audiences as needed.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with HR Consultants. payroll and other key stakeholders to gather local market data and insights.
  • Work closely with Payroll to understand, what is held in the payroll systems that should be held in the Workday HCM and be integrated to the payroll.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reward data management processes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in reward and benefits analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems, data visualization tools).
  • Familiarity with global reward trends and practices is a plus.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field prefered.
