Our Watford area based client, a reputable firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Watford. This role offers excellent flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.

About the Role

As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will:

  • Advise on company secretarial matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth department operations.
  • Oversee statutory registers and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate on SEIS and EIS applications.
  • Handle complex corporate actions and filings.
  • Assist with amendments to articles of association and filings.
  • Prepare dividend paperwork and basic forms.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate on client onboarding and KYC reviews.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders.
About You

The ideal Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have:

  • Strong technical expertise in a company secretarial role.
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm ideally legal or accountancy arena
  • ICSA Fellow or equivalent qualification beneficial but not essential
  • Good understanding of company secretarial administration and the Companies Act 2006.
  • Excellent compliance knowledge around client onboarding, AML, and KYC.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with flexibility and professionalism.
