About the role...

We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our busy Clothing team. Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, your role is a key role within the Central Clothing team and you will be responsible for the day to day office support for the Watford office.

Your Impact and Responsibilities…

The Office Administrator will support the Head of Merchandising and the Senior Merchandise team with diary management, arranging meetings and event management and will be proficient with MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.

The Office Administrator will be highly organised and will liaise with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business.

The role is based at our Pep&Co Head Office in Watford, with the ability to work agile between 'home' and the Watford office.

  • Day to day admin support for the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team
  • Extensive diary management for Clothing team
  • Ordering & maintenance of office supplies
  • Arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders across the Poundland & Pepco business
  • Arranging events as requested
  • Liaising with Board members and Directors
  • Liaise with Poundland central functions in Walsall eg IT, HR, Finance
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the Watford office
  • Maintain high presentation standards in Watford office
Skills and Knowledge…
  • Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail and ability to work on work on own initiative
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proven office administration experience with experience of various processes such as expenses and diary management
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
