JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator SALARY: £29,000HOURS: Full Time - PermanentSTRUCTURE: Office Based until trained, Hybrid 3 days a week after. LOCATION:  WatfordJGA are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join an exciting growing business in Watford. Key Responsibilities
  • Process full end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients
  • Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation
  • Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments
  • Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
  • Generate and distribute payslips and reports
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll lifecycle
  • Proven experience in bureau/client payroll processing or multisite/ High volumes.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI and pension regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
