This leading top 50 building contractor covers a range of projects mostly within the commercial, life sciences and education sectors - typical contract values between 30m - 70m.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a flagship project. This particular role requires a Project Manager to deliver 2/3 phases as part of a larger overall contract. Each phase would have a work value of 25m / 35m and comprises of 2/3 new build steel frame units with a large amount of M&E. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and a site-based Contracts Manager.
