Are you an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager with a background in M&E or Construction? Our client is looking for a hands-on professional to oversee small capital works within a non-PFI environment.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site role – must be visible and able to push back when required.
Deliver small capital works projects, including flooring, painting, chillers, and boilers.
Work closely with the Assistant Director on site for structure and support.
Oversee full design and delivery – no direct reports or site managers.
