Description

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Ensuring continuous supply of required goods and materials.
• Conducting market research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Identifying potential areas for improvement within the supply chain.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure procurement and supply goals are met.
• Monitoring market trends in the property industry.
• Managing risks related to procurement and supply chain in the property industry.

Profile

A successful Buyer should have:

• Educational qualifications in procurement, supply chain management or a related field.
• Experience in the property industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing supply chains and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in our Coalville location.

Job Offer
