A Main Contractor who delivery a variety of work including new build social housing, social housing refurbishments, residential and general build projects. This company typically work in the Home Counites. They are a smaller, regional contractor who are growing, with three further projects already secured this year. The Role:

With growth comes opportunity and this business are looking to take on an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will need to be degree qualified or close to completion as the business already have some one more junior and require the next level of experience. You will work closely with the rest of the commercial team, assisting with managing the finances on current and future projects. Your duties will depend on your strengths and the areas you need to focus for your personal development. This is a great time to join as the business is growing, have a good order book and looking very positive. It is office based and you can choose between offices, Watford or near Sandy, South Bedfordshire

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

Completed a relevant degree such as Quantity Surveying
2 years plus hands on experience within a commercial team.

It is desirable to have:

Worked on Social Housing new build projects
