They are offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic, growing team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Are you the right person for the job?
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the UK (PQS or Contractor side)
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management & procurement
- Chartered or working towards MRICS status
- Proficient in Excel and CAD measurement software
- Full UK driving licence & eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Administer tender processes and construction contracts
- Lead procurement activities and build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals
- Travelling to a variety of projects throughout the South of England
