Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
- Communicate with Service Reception and Workshop Control
- Provide technical advice to customers when needed
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and training
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
- Maintain a clean workspace and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Previous experience in the motor industry is essential
