Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the London area

- Ensuring that all properties are compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements

- Marketing vacant properties and sourcing tenants/agents for property rental

- Ensuring regulatory compliance checks are completed and required certificates obtained

- Dealing with repairs and maintenance requirements for each property

- Working with Estate Agents to co-ordinate the letting of vacant properties
