Watford - office based**Department:** HR and Facilities**Direct Reports:** 1 Senior Manager - HRBP Working Relationships:** Partnering all levels, including Senior Leadership Team and Managing Director**Salary:** £45k-£55k**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (40 hours), **onsite**Our client is looking for an experienced HR business partner who is OK to work on site in Watfiord from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.---**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**1. Talent Management:** Delivering talent management processes, maintaining job descriptions, identifying skills gaps, career pathways, and succession planning.2. Performance Management:** Coaching managers with setting KPIs/KRAs, driving the performance appraisal process.3. Reward and Recognition:** Managing and creating reward and recognition programmes, coordinating with the CFO.4. Employee Engagement:** Driving the Great Place To Work survey, analysing results, and creating action plans.5. Learning and Development:** Promoting continuous personal development through training opportunities.6. Recruitment and Onboarding:** Partnering with managers to support recruitment and onboarding processes.7. Employee Relations:** Supporting and guiding managers on HR issues, updating HR policies and procedures.8. Employee Wellbeing:** Reviewing and delivering the wellbeing strategy.9. Internal Communications:** Overseeing people's updates, empowering senior leaders, producing communication updates.10. Strategy:** Developing and implementing the HR Roadmap.
