Job responsibilities:

  • Work to a job description, generating candidate shortlists and ensuring candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given.
  • Assist the recruitment team to generate initial shortlists of candidates utilising various methods of attraction to source candidates.
  • Create talent pools of candidates with a focus on diversity.
  • Help to manage the candidate relationship and experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Create unique recruitment attraction campaigns for social media, job boards, websites etc to increase attraction across different demographics.
  • Own the creation of routine and ad-hoc reports from the recruitment system.
  • Use the recruitment system at all stages of the recruitment process and understand trends from the data generated.
  • Share knowledge and insight of market trends generously

  • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing
  • Experience Microsoft office
  • Good customer service interaction skills
