Are you passionate about fashion design or buying? Ready to take your career to the next level in product development? We're looking for a Junior Product Developer to join our client's vibrant team and work on renowned brands.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Product Manager on development and production.
  • Maintain sampling and production trackers for Inline and SMU collections.
  • Ensure brand compliance and upload necessary documents.
  • Track Proto, SMS, PP, and TOP samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric submissions.
  • Create shipping reports and communicate with factories on production progress.
  • Measure samples and prep for fitting sessions.
  • Conduct colour and fabric checks, sending comments and approvals to factories.
  • Attend fit sessions, update workbooks, and relay feedback to suppliers.
  • Review lab dips and strike-offs, providing feedback during development and production.
  • Meet critical path deadlines and participate in cross-functional meetings with design, sales, and product teams.

What You Need:

  • 1-2 years of product development experience.
  • Background in Fashion Design or Fashion Buying.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects.
