• Operate and maintain CNC routers to produce high-quality signage components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate production.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues to minimise downtime.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

• Proven experience operating CNC routers, ideally within the signage or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and CAD designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of different materials used in signage production, such as acrylic, aluminium, and composites.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
