Experience within Financial Services is essential here, whether from a lender background or brokerage, and product specific training will be given. Personality is key here, we need you to have an excellent telephone manner, be eloquent and customer focused, and able to communicate effectively.
Our office based Business Development Manager will be required to work in the office with the high performing team, where there is a constant buzz of excitement due to the nature of the business and its exceptional reputation. You will be supporting the Field based Business Development Managers with their urgent workload, as well as working proactively to increase awareness of the lender and their products amongst the broker community.
