Design and Technology Teacher (Key Stage 3)

Herllo All,

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Design and Technology Teacher to join our secondary school in Watford on an immediate start, temp-to-perm basis.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons to Key Stage 3 students, fostering a love for design and technology.

Develop and implement schemes of work in line with the national curriculum.

Encourage practical and theoretical understanding of design, engineering, and technology concepts.

Assess, record, and report on student progress and outcomes.

Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to health and safety standards in workshops and classrooms.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities to enrich the curriculum.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
