In this office base role, you'll be the main point of contact with regards to the maintenance/service issues. This involves keeping a maintenance log and scheduling both HVAC PPM and reactive maintenance duties.

THE ROLE:
*Main point of contact regarding maintenance/service issues
*Scheduling and coordinating PPM and Reactive work
*Logging reports into the internal databases

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Service/Maintenance Coordinating role
*Ideally from an Engineering/FM/HVAC background
*Good customer service skills
