Learning Support Assistant - Watford

Are you looking for a new role working in an SEN School as a Learning Support Assistant in Watford? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!

I am currently working alongside an SEN School based in Watford looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with students with Autism and/or learning difficulties. Some students may present challenging behaviours.

About the school:

  • All-through SEN school for 4 to 19 years old

  • Focused on student confidence, skills, and inclusivity
  • Training and regular CPD’s provided by the school

The ideal candidate:

  • Will support secondary aged students across KS3 and KS4
  • Previous experience with special needs including Autism and learning difficulties
  • Can work from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Be patient, reliable, and nurturing
  • Be able to trial and/or interview immediately
