If so, Tradewind is working with a small, 1-form-entry mainstream primary school in Watford seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team from March 10th, 2025!

The Role & School:
  • Inclusive mainstream primary school with a welcoming and supportive team
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who have SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Supporting students both in the classroom and during interventions
  • Full training and development provided from day one
  • Opportunity to work across different year groups
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced SEN TAs / LSAs OR graduates with a passion for special education
  • Commitment to a full-time, long-term role (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
  • Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop within an SEN setting
  • A team player who can work closely with class teachers and the SENCO
