A welcoming and inclusive school in Watford is looking for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This permanent position is ideal for a candidate passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to meet students' needs.
- Support students' emotional and social well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students.
Salary:£95-110 per day (based on experience).
