Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEN.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and support emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to follow individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Commitment to a long-term role with a passion for making a difference.
