Regional Support Manager - South East Region

How will you make an impact?

Our Regional Support Managers drive the customer journey in our stores and deliver a memorable retail experience by:

  • Working with the Regional Manager to support and deliver the regional strategy
  • Providing dedicated support and coaching to store colleagues and managers
  • Covering the role of Store Manager or Regional Manager when required
  • Providing additional support in carrying out investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Leading specific projects within the region
