Our client are seeking a junior Administrator with 6-12 months experience to join their team based in Watlington.
Initially on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm with a view to increase these hours if the role goes permanent after 3 months.
The role:
- Data entry
- Monitoring inbox and responding to emails
- Answering incoming calls
- Updating systems and spreadsheets
- Printing and filing
- Meeting and greeting visitors
The right person:
- Minimum 6 months experience in an admin role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident speaking to customers on the phone
- Good IT skills and able to pick up new programmes quickly
- Available to start immediately on an ongoing basis
