About the Role:
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with their automotive part needs.
- Sales Support: Process orders and ensure customers receive the correct parts efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Operate in a supportive and energetic desk-based environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 1 in 3, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is a bonus.
- Background in automotive parts is an advantage.
