Role: New Homes Business Development Manager (South West of England region)

Must have: New Build sales experience, clean driving licence and car (Fuel allowance paid)

New Homes Job Role

Duties,

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities
  • Produce and deliver presentations to clients/potential clients
  • Work closely with Fee Earners in order to address any client issues or concerns
  • Carry out a minimum of 4-5 site visits per day, minimum 3 days per week
  • Maintain/follow up on the site movement report and actions in time for the next meeting
  • Ensure account management of existing referrers to ensure that reservations are maximized
  • Actively work to achieve targets, KPI’s and objectives set your Line Manager
  • Thorough understanding of market knowledge, awareness and competitor analysis within the region
  • Ensure Hubspot is fully up to date

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a client focused role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Willing to Travel across sites throughout the South West of England
  • Must hold a full, clean driving licence Desirable Skills
  • Property experience (conveyancing, estate agency, new build homes etc)
  • Experience of using a case management system (Proclaim)
