  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office initially, reducing to 3 after 2 months
  • Pay rate: £25 - £28 p/h
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch)

Our client is a leading telecommunications business who supply services to a variety of sectors, including Highways.

They currently require a Contract Coordinator to join their team based in Wednesbury, Sandwell to provide administrative support to their contract managers on a variety of projects across the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide Administrative Support, fault coordination, engineer tasking and day to day administration support
  • Liaise with Customers and Engineers on a daily basis
  • Good telephone manner
  • General Office Processes & Procedures
  • Work as part of a team
  • Ability to work towards KPI’s and strict SLA’s

Experience:

  • IT skills such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of Oracle desirable
  • First Aid at Work
  • Monitor faults and trends
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Fault Management Systems
  • Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details
  • Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works
  • Experience working on a faults management system (desirable)
