Our Supervisors and Operatives work in busy car parks, ensuring shopping trolleys are collected from allocated areas of the car park and returned to customer pick up points in a good clean condition. This may be on foot or with the assistance of a Quickart or vehicle.
Our team also offer customers assistance with loading their cars and ensuring the car parks are free of litter. In short; our job is to give customers the best possible shopping experience in the best possible shopping environment.
Health and safety is our top priority. We want to ensure not only your safety, but also that of the rest of your team and our customers.
As the Supervisor of this team, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the team, liaising with store managers and regional managers, completing staff rosters and training as well as supporting the team with the collection of trolleys.
What we need from you:
- You'll need to live within the Birmingham area
- Have experience of supervising a small team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to understand IT systems.
- Previous experience of HR and Employment law an advantage.
- A valid drivers license is essential.

Hours of work 40 hours per week, shifts vary between Sunday to Saturday
