We are currently recruiting an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Wednesbury area of the West Midlands. You will be working for a company that are a leading retail giant supplying technology, service and support to its customers.
Your role will consist of supporting colleagues within the business which will involve a range of administrational tasks that are vital to their business. You will also be communicating daily with customers over the telephone and on-line.
Duties to include: -
- Completion of various administrative tasks
- Assisting the wider team with queries or support as and when required
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers and colleagues
You will need: -
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous administrational experience in a delivery/service role (call centre experience advantageous)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams etc)
- A passion for customer service
- To be able to work under pressure
Hours and Pay: -
£11.50 per hour. Hours are worked 7am through to 7pm on a 4 off 4 on rolling rota basis. Threfore weekend working is essential.
