My Wednesbury based Distribution client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Duties:-
- First point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Ensure accounts are recieving the services they require within their budget and meeting their needs
- Maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Address customers’ needs and concerns quickly and effectively develop and maintain strong relationships
- Identify any needs from the customer and provide solutions
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Attending client meetings

- Must have a proven track record in Account Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to build client relatinships
