- Set targets for the team, or ensures team works to targets set
- Carries out return to work.
- Low level discipline activities.
- PPM Planning / Small Project Planning,
- Worked with CMMS. (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
- Parts sourcing, ordering, controlling.
- Carried our root cause analysis
- Checks standard or corrective & PPM work carried out.
- Working to budgets set by others.
- Working to department targets. - Setting target for Engineer to achieve.
- Experience of compliance control (LOLER, PUWER, PAT, Fixed Wiring etc…)
- Level 3 Engineering Qualified - A Management qualification would be desirable.
- Computer literate - Excel, Word Power point.
