Receptionist

Receptionist required 2 days per week (14.5 hrs per week), 8.30am to 4.30pm (Thursday) and 8.30am to 4pm (Friday) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

As a receptionist you will enjoy the following

Duties for the receptionist/switchboard operator include:-

• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Answering calls and directing appropriately, taking messages where applicable.
• Preparation of meeting rooms and refreshments when required.
• Administration duties to support other departments.
