This role will support various aspects of operations, providing crucial administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the site teams.If you to be busy and want to be part of a growing operation with many moving parts, we would love to hear from you.Duties
  • Prepare and print job packs for site teams.
  • Attend internal programme meetings, taking minutes, recording actions, and ensuring follow-up with relevant team members.
  • Communicate with operational site staff.
  • Track site staff performance, ensuring timely submission of site diaries, record sheets, timesheets, and safety checks.
  • Coordinate materials with supervisors, buyers, and suppliers.
  • Assist buyers in raising purchase orders (POs) and chasing quotes for materials.
  • Follow up on lead times and coordinate delivery logistics with suppliers.
  • Book accommodation for staff as needed.
  • Manage plant and vehicle logistics in collaboration with the transport team.
  • Liaise with the training department to coordinate staff courses with resource schedules.

  • Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint,
  • Friendly, with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable making lots of phone calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks across various operational areas.
