As our PPA Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across different year groups, providing cover for teachers during their planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with pupils across the primary phase, helping to inspire a love of learning and maintain excellent standards of teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum across all primary year groups.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, adapting to their needs to ensure their progress and wellbeing.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning across all classes.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity in planning and delivery.
- Support the school's vision and values, contributing to its positive and inclusive ethos.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching across the primary age range.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of different age groups.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to teaching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff and pupils.
