The Training Co-ordinator position provides an exciting opportunity to part of a highly successful team providing support to our customers.
Managing training enquiries and booking requests from clients.
Building close relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share
Responding professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone. email or any other tool, as required.
Offering advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business.
Meet and surpass any relevant role related SLA targets and KPIs, as required.
Liaising with training providers.
Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support.
Pro-active development of key accounts.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.30
Friday 08.00-17.00
Salary
23k - 24k + Bonus
