Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for work in Wellingborough? Dunbar Education is seeking skilled individuals to work across secondary schools, ensuring students continue their learning in the absence of teachers.
The Role:
- Supervising pre-planned lessons across different subjects.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining engagement.
- Encouraging students to stay on task and complete their work.
- Supporting the school by following behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Assisting students when needed and creating a positive learning environment.
What We Need:
- A minimum of 6 months of UK experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent classroom management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and adaptability.
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
