The main duties for this role are:
- Building relationships with clients/customers and colleagues
- Telephone work
- Problem solving
- Computer work
- Chasing payments
- Taking payments
- Administrator duties
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Previous experience dealing with clients/customers
This role offers hybrid working, 50% office in Raunds and 50% from home.
There is a requirement to start at 7.30am on occassions.
