About the Role:

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum that supports the academic and personal development of every child. You will foster a love of learning, encourage curiosity, and help build confidence in your students.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and training opportunities.


About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential).
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
