About the Role:
- Support Early Years pupils with their learning and development in a nurturing and creative environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help children achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
