- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from cost estimation through to final operation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Scope & Objective Development: Work closely with technical experts and business teams to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with both technical and business requirements.
- Detailed Project Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans that ensure feasibility, efficient resource use, and adherence to timelines.
- Resource & Budget Monitoring: Plan, monitor, and report on project resources, budgets, scopes, schedules, and milestones, maintaining a clear picture of project health.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and engage all project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and development teams, to foster collaboration and address project needs.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and initiate measures to minimise project risks.
- Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project documentation, providing transparency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Meetings & Workshops: Organise and lead project kick-offs, meetings, and workshops to ensure alignment and keep all parties informed.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Head of IT Web Applications, providing updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Educational Background: Completed studies in a relevant field, with strong project management experience and technical leadership skills.
- Technical Expertise: Solid technical background, especially in web technologies. Hands-on experience with web application integrations (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of planning, implementing, and managing complex software/web projects, with an understanding of both agile and traditional project management methods.
- Analytical Thinker: Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with a thorough understanding of business and technical processes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator, able to engage and influence various project stakeholders and present project details effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at navigating complex project challenges and confident in making strategic decisions to keep projects on track.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Design Thinking) are advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
