In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising a team of Assembly Operatives.
- Manufacturing of bespoke display stands.
- Repairs and refurbishment of existing products.
- Quality checking.
- Consistently working in a safe manner adhering to standard operating procedures.
In order to be successful, you must:
- Have had previous experience leading a team.
- Be able to manage and motivate your team.
- Be an adaptable team player with a flexible approach.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Be able to read and follow technical drawings.
- Have a good eye for detail.
