- Conduct and oversee internal, supplier, and customer audits; report findings and drive corrective actions
- Lead and support the Quality team in quality control, risk assessment, team development, and succession planning
- Ensure SOPs remain current, accurate, and compliant with customer and ISO 9001/14001 requirements
- Manage the annual audit schedule, ensuring adherence to customer, legislative, and internal specifications
- Analyse and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) using Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)
- Serve as the technical lead for New Product Introductions, establishing quality standards from the outset
- Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and develop sustainable quality solutions
- Collaborate with suppliers to continually improve quality across the extended supply chain
- Document PFMEA for all site processes, utilising risk insights to drive performance improvements
- Proficiency in continuous improvement (CI/Kaizen) methods
- Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all levels
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to other locations on short notice
